Vibrating screens

Aggregate screening in two, three or four decks, dry or with spray bars. Thirteen models, with screening areas from 2.5 to 14 m².

Also known as riddles, a vibrating screen consists of a vibrating chassis that holds one or more screening surfaces or elements. Our machines are specially built for industrial-scale screening of aggregates such as sand and gravel.

Features

• Free-vibrating, on helical spring mounts, with one or several decks as required. Standard screens and special screens for high fines output.
• Removable drive mechanism, with eccentric or concentric shaft depending on the model, with counterweight flywheels to set the amplitude required by the material to be screened.
• Very simple side tensioning of the screen meshes, and equally simple installation.
• Generously sized bearings specially designed for screens.

Dimensions in mm as per drawing. The model number indicates the mesh width and the last digit the number of decks.
